Frustrated with creativity being guided and dumbed down by corporate officers who don’t understand or care to understand Street Wear/ Urban fashion and the real mentality behind it, I finally took matters in my own hands and created and founded the LDG brand. The purpose of LDG is to deliver a brand that is not controlled by guidelines and money but by fashion, creativity and consumer awareness. LDG seeks stylistic freedom and aims to produce quality product with thought. Fashion is inspired by the Times and it is imperative that Street wear/ Urban fashion be constructed to relate to the new generation. LDG aims to deliver more progressive designed garments with the intention of re-introducing something the new generation can relate to and be inspired by. In general, I no longer design for a corporation but I design for myself and my peers. Amongst an industry of calculated personalities and lifeless machines, LDG like it’s customers is a company with identity and character. We are the real people with dreams and good intentions and like you, we want something better. Wash away the old, and bring forth the new “Laundered Dry Goods”.
